Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order and return it within 14 days of the day you receive it. To do so:
- Email sales@theblankcompany.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the items you are returning. We will reply with our returns address. Items sent back without contacting us first may be delayed.
- Post the items back within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is paid by you, so we recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of postage — we cannot refund items lost on the way back to us.
Condition of returns
For hygiene reasons, nightwear must be returned unworn, unwashed, free of make-up, perfume, deodorant and pet hair, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You may handle items as you would in a shop to check size and fit. If an item has been worn or used beyond that, we will reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value, which may be up to the full price.
Items we cannot accept back
- Personalised items (for example embroidered names or initials), as they are made to your specification — unless they are faulty.
- Items that have been sealed for hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery.
Refunds
We refund the price of the returned items within 14 days of receiving them back, to your original payment method. If you return a whole order we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. Original delivery charges are not refunded on partial returns. Multi-buy discounts are recalculated on partial returns: if you keep one set from a 2 for £40 order, the refund is £40 minus the full price of the set you keep.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size you need — we’ll dispatch it the next working day.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll cover the return postage and offer a replacement or full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
