The Blank Company is a trading name of GRUBR LIMITED (company no. 13964164), 85 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 7LT. We are the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact: sales@theblankcompany.co.uk.
What we collect and why
- Orders: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone and order details — to take payment, deliver your order and handle returns (performing our contract with you). Kept for 6 years for tax and accounting.
- Account: if you create an account, your login details and order history — kept until you ask us to delete the account.
- Messages: anything you send us through our contact form or email — to reply to you.
- Marketing emails: only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
- Basket reminders: if you start checkout and enter your email but don’t finish, we may send a reminder (legitimate interests). You can opt out from the email.
- Analytics and advertising cookies: with your consent, Google Analytics and the TikTok pixel help us understand how the site is used and measure our social media. See the cookie settings banner to change your choice.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments — we never see or store your full card number), Royal Mail (delivery), our web host SiteGround, Google and TikTok (analytics/advertising, only with consent), and our email providers. Some of these may process data outside the UK under approved safeguards. We never sell your data.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email sales@theblankcompany.co.uk.
