theblankcompany.co.uk is operated by The Blank Company, a trading name of GRUBR LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under number 13964164, with its registered office at 85 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 7LT. 2. These terms
These terms apply to every order you place on our website. Please read them, together with our Returns Policy, Delivery Information and Privacy Policy, before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
3. Your order and our contract
When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. This is not acceptance. Our contract with you is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was clearly shown in error; if so we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.
4. Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours may look slightly different on screen. Our satin is 95% polyester and 5% elastane; it is not silk. Measurements in our size guide are approximate and may vary by around 2cm.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Multi-buy offers are applied automatically in your basket and may be withdrawn at any time, but not for orders already placed. Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you place your order.
6. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are set out on our Delivery Information page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, as explained in our Returns Policy. This right does not apply to personalised items made to your specification, unless they are faulty.
8. Faulty items
If an item is faulty or not as described you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email us with your order number and a photo and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund and cover the return postage.
9. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not liable for business losses; our products are for domestic and private use.
10. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as postal disruption. We will tell you as soon as possible and you may cancel and receive a refund for anything not delivered.
11. Complaints and law
If you have a problem, please email sales@theblankcompany.co.uk and we will try to resolve it quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
